Terms & Conditions

Application License - All users with a valid user license may access the solution.

Application Access Rights - All access rights are related to and remain effective so long as the license is valid and assigned to a “named user”.

Named User - Use of the application is available only to identifiable persons or individuals using first & last name supported by a valid email address. Sharing login details is strictly prohibited. Note - User name is not the same as Named User.

Software Updates - All active users are eligible to receive software updates to the current version of the software at no additional cost. Updates may be related to bug fixes or improvement on existing features.

New Feature Updates - All active users may have access to new feature updates at a cost to be determined at the time of release. Feature updates can be client specific or general.

Duration of Service - Subscription service is available for a minimum 1 month period.

Service Commencement Date - Service is said to have commenced once access rights credentials have been shared with the user. A user is free to access the system at any time following the commencement date but not beyond the expiration date.

Expiration Date - The last day of the month identified as the final month on the agreed duration of the service.

Renewals - Renewals are NOT automatic, unless otherwise agreed.

Data Storage - Subscriptions that are not renewed will have the 60 days from the notification of expiration to export or archive any data within their account. After 60 days Appear reserves the right to delete all data from in-active accounts. Any data that is stored beyond this point at the request of the client will be done according to the Appear Data Protection policy. Cost of such additional storage or archiving services will be agreed with the client in advance.

Cancellation - Service cancellations can be done via phone or email. There will be no refunds for un-used months of service once the service has been activated. Activation occurs on the sign-in of any user within the organization.

These terms are additionally complemented by the following Site Diary User Agreement which users of the Site Diary service agree to when purchasing the Site Diary service.
